PHASE 3

In most communities there are a number of volunteer and Government agencies who are committed to helping that community flourish.

Having worked with your local community to understand their aspirations, questions, issues and hopes and then having discussed these and made some conclusions, this phase is about working with stakeholders.

It is assumed that many of the stakeholders will be made up of the community leaders who are part of a steering/reference group.
